Tybee Island and Savannah -- Day 4

Last night, I indicated that we would be hitting the beach again today, but when the true damage to our skin was assessed this morning (Lindsay especially), it was decided that we could not possibly sit in the sun again today.

Therefore, we decided to switch our Thursday plans to today and buy tickets for a trolley pass for all day.  It included 15 different stops, and we could get on and off as we pleased and then pick up the next trolley at one of the stops whenever we wanted.  It was a great day of sightseeing, learning the history of the city, and even a little bit of shopping (Yay for my upcoming birthday and a mom and mom-in-law who got me some adorable things!).

We hit many of the places we wanted to see on this trip and ate some great food, as you'll see below in my pictures from today.

Today's tour endeared Savannah to me even more.  It is a lovely city.

Tomorrow we are actually hoping to head back to the beach...hoping this sunburn is a little better.
