At the Fair

Last Saturday morning was spent carrying out a tradition that Jason and I started back when we were dating.  Each year we take one day to attend the state fair.  Although to some it is just a parking lot of disgusting, fried food, stalls filled with animals and manure, and booths selling every kind of junk imaginable, to us it is one of the days we most look forward to.  We spend most of the morning scoping out which food we want to try and fending off people who are trying to sell us things we don't need.

It was a day where the three of us wander around aimlesslessly, with no goal other to enjoy the sights and each other's company.  Connor loves his stroller, and he was content nearly the entire time.  It was a good day.

We did not actually eat any Krispy Kreme burgers or fried Koolaid, but I couldn't resist a picture.

Can't wait for next year!
