Independence Day

For one of the first times ever, Jason and I spent the 4th of July out of town, hanging out with our friends the Jessops in Richmond, letting the kids play, eating (too much), and relaxing.  I missed our traditional 4th at Grandma Egnew's house, but also had a great time watching Connor play with Leila, whom he has been asking to see every day since.

Oh, and Jason and Bo made us spend much of the afternoon watching the John Adams miniseries...woo hoo.  Nothing says 4th of July like a good tar and feathering, right?
